This application evaluates mass. Automatic rejection requires suitable weighing and conveying equipment, sensors and controls, designed as a separate project.

Does the application automatically reject non-conforming products?
At a manual station, the operator takes action. Automatic rejection requires project-specific integration with suitable equipment and controls.
Can we use our existing scale?
Often, yes. We check the manufacturer, model, communication interface and protocol, as well as suitability for your workflow.
Does the workflow operate without internet?
Neutron NT runs applications and stores data locally. When connected to the internet, it can be managed from Scale Monitor and automatically sends data to the cloud. After an outage, records synchronise when the connection returns.
