TPI platforms are generally made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316 available for selected versions. The standard TPI range uses IP67-rated load cells.
Industrial FKN and FDN floor scales
For pallets, materials and larger loads, floor scales are available with integrated Neutron NS electronics. No separate weighing indicator is required: display weight and operate weighing on an existing computer, industrial terminal, tablet or compatible application.
Choose between powder-coated steel construction FKN and the stainless steel version FDN. HR versions provide finer readability for processes where smaller weight changes need to be monitored.

PRECIZ manufactures TPI weighing platforms and FKN and FDN floor scales, including high-resolution HR versions. The range covers 3 kg to 10 tonnes, with custom dimensions available to order.
Does Neutron TPI need a separate weighing indicator?
No. Electronics are built into the platform. Use a compatible application on a computer, tablet, phone or industrial terminal to display weight and operate the scale.
Is cloud use mandatory?
Neutron TPI can also connect to local software and automation systems. Operation without internet depends on the selected application and solution architecture.
Can I use my own software?

Yes. Scale Monitor lets you configure virtual indicators, databases, fields and workflows without developing your own application.
Does the platform itself perform AI analysis?
The platform supplies measurement data. A connected application or external system performs AI analysis.
Can I integrate the platform into a machine or production line?
Yes, it is also intended for OEM solutions and integration. We assess mechanical installation, operating conditions, communication and required control signals.
How do I select the right platform?
