What you gain in everyday work

Less manual data entry

Combine weight and supporting information in one record. Use the result for your records, a printout or the next step in your system.

A workflow that follows your rules

Arrange product selection, batch entry, weighing and confirmation in the sequence your process requires. Operators see the information they need on their screen.

Use a familiar device

Work with a phone, tablet or computer. NS provides the weighing electronics without a built-in display, so you can adapt the interface to the user.

Better traceability

Link the result to a product, batch, order and location. Keep measurements and their context together in Scale Monitor.

Only what you need on the screen

Adapt virtual indicators, databases and input or selection fields to your work. Create a clear display for routine weighing, targets and tolerances for dosing, and product, batch or order information for your records.

One foundation for different weighing stations

Dosing and production

Operators follow the target and confirm each step. With suitable equipment, you can also use the weighing result to control dosing.

Multiple platforms, one workflow

Bring up to 4 weighing channels into a coordinated workstation and assign a role to each one.

Counting, goods receipt and inventory

Connect weighing to quantity preparation, material records or product checks. Choose an application to suit your workflow.

From the workstation to your business system

Neutron NS supports two-way exchange of measurements, commands and settings. Use Scale Monitor, your own application, a cloud platform or a local server. For an ERP, MES, WMS or quality-system integration, we agree the data fields, transfer event and reception in the target system.

What to know before choosing NS

Does Neutron NS have a built-in display?

No. NS is the version without a display. Use an external device, HMI or your own application for viewing and operation. Choose Neutron NT if you need a built-in touchscreen.

How many weighing channels does NS support?

Up to 4 weighing channels. The ADC is multiplexed, so it converts one channel at a time. We match the version to your load cells and process requirements.

Is NS the right choice for connecting an existing indicator?

NS is primarily designed for direct load-cell connection and integration of weighing electronics. If your main goal is to connect an indicator already in operation, explore CloudScaleLink first.

Can we build NS into our own product?

Yes. NS is also designed for OEM integration. We define the mechanical installation, connections, display, software workflow and any customization to suit your product.

Is NS limited to Scale Monitor?

No. The datasheet also lists AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, HiveMQ, EMQX and Mosquitto, as well as connections to your own local or cloud applications through supported protocols.

Can I use my phone without a connection?

NS processes weighing functions locally. Access to the user interface on a phone, tablet or computer depends on the selected application and connection. A browser interface is different from an application running locally on an NT terminal.

Are all four channels converted simultaneously?

No. NS has 4 multiplexed ADC channels and converts one channel at a time. We adapt filtering, refresh rate and the workflow to your system requirements.
