WEIGHT CONTROL AND PACKAGING
Custom checkweighing station.
The station checks the weight of a prepacked product and either passes it forward or rejects it according to the configured tolerances. It connects checkweighing, conveying and packing monitoring.
The task: separate acceptable products before packing.
The scale weighs each product and software compares the result with the configured tolerances. The first control unit displays accepted and rejected piece counts. An automatic arm diverts out-of-tolerance products to a separate bin for reinspection.
The workflow: check, convey and count.
Accepted products move to the packing station, where an operator places them in a container. The container stands on a counting scale that monitors packed quantity. The second control unit displays quantity and time statistics by hour, shift, day or month.
The solution: a workstation tailored to the process.
The robust construction has adjustable height, with control units positioned for visibility and reach. Dedicated software combines weighing, product sorting and packing monitoring within one workflow.
What do we need to design your station?
Describe product dimensions and weight, permitted deviation and required throughput. Add the infeed method, rejected-product handling requirements and packing workflow. Photos of the existing line and a floor plan help us coordinate the layout.
