Custom granulate dosing machine.
Dosing, weighing and bag filling in one mobile unit. This PRECIZ solution combines an auger feeder, scale and touchscreen control.
The task: dose material for each bag.
This version handles different granulates and fills up to 50 kg at a time. A wheeled frame allows the machine to be moved. The operator selects a product and sets target weight and tolerance on the screen; the database stores up to 500 products.
The design: connected mechanics and weighing.
Material passes through a screened hopper to the auger. The bag sits on a holder, with the scale integrated into the filling station. The machine includes an electrical cabinet, touchscreen computer, and separate start and emergency-stop switches.
The workflow: set up, fill and change the bag.
After selecting the product, the operator positions the bag and secures it with a lever. Material flow into the hopper is opened and filling starts. The auger doses the set quantity. The operator replaces the full bag with an empty one and starts the next cycle.
