A recipe consists of activities. Weighing activities specify targets and tolerances; other activities describe subsequent work. Users can follow the complete process and see the next step.

Starting recipe weighing automatically creates a work order in the background. It links execution to a specific task and allows several recipes within the same order.

Information for operators and the business
Operators see the current activity, expected mass and execution status. The overview combines recipe, step, target, tolerances and available gross, net and tare values. Execution remains linked to the work order.

Is a work order always created?
Yes. A work order is automatically created in the background when recipe weighing starts.
Can one work order contain multiple recipes?
Yes. A work order can contain several recipes, each with its own repetition count.
Can barcode confirmation of materials be required?
Yes. Recipe configuration can require material confirmation by scanner. We check scanner suitability and your material data.
Does the application work without internet?
Neutron NT runs applications and stores data locally. When connected to the internet, it can be managed from Scale Monitor and automatically sends data to the cloud. After an outage, records synchronise when the connection returns.
