Target and tolerances beside the result
The screen shows net weight, gross weight and tare alongside a target with separate lower and upper tolerances. A coloured graphic makes the result easy to assess.
Check filled packaging or bring a product to its intended weight. Neutron NT compares the result with the configured limits and shows the operator when the product is within the accepted range.
The screen shows net weight, gross weight and tare alongside a target with separate lower and upper tolerances. A coloured graphic makes the result easy to assess.
The graphic distinguishes underweight, acceptable weight and overweight. Operators can immediately add product or remove the excess.
Use absolute lower and upper limits, or a target with deviations. In percentage mode the deviations are expressed as percentages of the target.
Set the permitted shortfall and excess independently. For example: a 1.000 kg target, a 0.002 kg lower deviation and a 0.004 kg upper deviation.
Product, customer, batch and note fields add context to the saved result and connect the check to the product being handled.
Choose the product and set lower and upper limits, or a target with tolerances.
Place the product on the scale and read the weight and coloured indicator. Adjust the quantity if needed.
Save the weighing with its associated data and prepare the next product.
When filling a one-kilogram pack, the operator watches the weight and tolerance display, tops up to the accepted range and saves the result with the production batch.
Define the nominal product weight, permitted deviations and required scale readability. Distributors can demonstrate a static check of an individual product and select the appropriate platform. Weighing products while they move along a conveyor requires a separate automatic checkweighing solution.
The applications run locally on the Neutron NT terminal, so the weighing process does not depend on a continuous internet connection. Measurements are saved automatically to the SD card and, when connected, to Scale Monitor Cloud. The free web application also lets you edit indicator screens, databases, dynamic fields and print layouts.
Measurements are saved automatically to the local SD card and, when connected, to Scale Monitor Cloud. Choose which fields appear in the history table and tailor the view to your application, products and daily information needs.
Open a saved weighing to see all its parameters. A dosing record includes the formula, target, achieved weight, cycle and elapsed time, so you can review the result alongside the settings used to produce it.
Use the free Scale Monitor Cloud web application to adapt Neutron NT to your process quickly and easily. Customise the entire indicator screen, create your own databases and dynamic fields, and design receipts or labels.
Use the graphical editor to customise the layout, appearance, buttons and displayed data without programming. Show operators the information they need for the application they are using.
Create product, customer or other databases for your workstation. Import data from Excel or integrate databases with other systems through the REST API to reduce manual re-entry.
Add your own fields, such as batch, work order or an extra identifier. Set the field name, data type and default value, and choose whether an entry is required before saving.
Use the free Scale Monitor Cloud editor to design POS receipts or packaging labels. Arrange weighing data, text, a logo, barcodes or QR codes and your own dynamic fields.
Extend the workstation to suit the job: select a product by barcode, identify an operator with RFID, label the packaging or capture a photograph when a weighing is saved.
Label packaging with weight, piece count, product, batch, operator and machine-readable codes. Fully customise the layout in the free Scale Monitor Cloud application.
View the label printerPrint a weighing ticket or receipt with measurement and process data. Design its contents and layout in the free Scale Monitor Cloud editor.
View the POS printerScan a 1D or 2D code to select a product, enter a batch or identify an order. The industrial SM-BS1D2D-IGD connects directly to Neutron NT over Bluetooth.
View the barcode readerCapture a photograph when a weighing is saved. Add a visual record of the material, product or packaging to the weight record for later review.
View the cameraIdentify an operator with a contactless badge. The embedded NFC/RFID reader simplifies operator identification at the workstation and associates the task with the identified user.
View the NFC/RFID readerNo. The lower and upper permitted deviations can be set independently.
Yes. PER mode uses a target and percentage deviations. ABS and REL modes use absolute limits or a target with weight deviations.
The application presented is for static checkweighing. Automatic conveyor weighing requires a dedicated solution with the appropriate control and configuration.
